CANCELLED: Central VA Chapter – Behind the Scenes Tour of Sheltering Arms Project

We are unfortunately cancelling this event due to the COVID-19 virus threat.

Sheltering Arms Hospital and VCU Health partnered to deliver a 114-bed rehabilitation hospital located on 25 acres in the West Creek Development Park off of Broad Street Road, just east of the state Route 288 interchange in Goochland County.

The joint venture combines inpatient beds from both organizations to create a state-of-the-art destination hospital, Sheltering Arms Institute.  The new entity will focus on caring for individuals who have survived strokes, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries and multi-specialty injuries.

Please join us for a behind the scenes tour of the facility before it officially opens. A networking function will follow immediately afterwards at Wong Tacos in the Greengate Shopping Center (201 Maltby Boulevard, Henrico).
